Chris Auletta started his career in real estate with Century 21 in upstate New York and although he had a degree in finance, he had a passion for real estate and wanted to gain a better understanding of the business; as it related to the finance world.

During the 2008 recession, Chris focused his efforts on serving the community by assisting hundreds of homeowners in avoiding foreclosure by helping them successfully navigate the loan modifications and short sale process. Once the market recovered, he realized he could continue to help homeowners facing real estate challenges by helping them avoid the hurdles associated with the traditional selling process. He partnered with a team of general contractors and began financing and renovating homes in the Charleston, SC real estate market.

However, there is no place like home. It wasn’t long before Chris and his wife, Brenda, missed their home state and decided to bring their mission to help people get through the selling process back home to the Tampa Bay area.

Andrew "Drew" Livingston is a veteran real estate and construction professional with more than 20 years of experience building, renovating, and transforming residential and commercial spaces.

Originally from Champaign, Illinois, Drew attended college and launched his career in the Midwest, where he built a solid foundation in both the construction and real estate sectors. Driven by a passion for high-quality craftsmanship, he relocated with his wife and two children to Florida in 2020, proudly settling in the vibrant community of St. Petersburg.

As the founder and owner of Footprint Builders, Drew brings a strong measure of quality of execution, ensuring that every project is built on a foundation of integrity, precision, and client satisfaction. Drew is dedicated to advancing sustainable building practices, streamlining project delivery, and creating lasting value for clients, partners, and local communities.

When he is not on a job site, Drew embraces the outdoor Florida lifestyle. He is an avid boater, enjoys playing ice hockey, and loves spending quality time with his family enjoying the sunshine.

Jean Dolle is a proven leader with over 20 years of senior leadership experience in marketing, sales, operations, and software support across diverse industry verticals. Known for her keen focus on the customer experience and process improvements, Jean combines an exceptional attention to detail with a deep commitment to providing excellent customer service and fostering strong employee relations.

Originally from Minnesota, Jean has proudly called the Tampa, Florida area home for the past 29 years. Outside of her professional life, she embraces the warm Florida weather by spending time outdoors hiking and bird watching. Her creative and social hobbies also include painting, playing trivia, and hosting game nights with friends.
